When should I book?

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, a minimum of three months before that little peanut is due.  

How does the booking process work - I mean we don't know exactly when baby will arrive?

Upon booking we add your due date to our newborn diary.  We only take a certain number of newborn bookings at any one time to ensure we can manage flexibility around due dates.  Once you and that little bundle of love are home from hospital, we ask you to get back in touch and at this point we get you a confirmed session date and time.  

How long is the session?

Typically 90 mins depending on how sleepy / hungry baby is.

How many images do I get?

A minimum of 50 sweet files (usually more).

How does your pricing work?  Do we pay extra for the digital files?

Nope.  Your session fee includes ALL of your edited digital images.  This applies to all RinkaDink sessions (not just newborn).  We don't like complicated pricing.  

What do I need to bring to the session?

Just your sweet baby.  We have all of the blankets, wraps and countless other newborn accoutrements :)

What if my baby doesn't sleep or is fussy during the session?

We are 100% baby-led.  This means we work the session to suit your baby.  Not all babies like to sleep.  Some babies don't like to lie on their tummy / side / back.  Some babies like to be swaddled.  Some babies don't.  No matter what, we promise a set of adorable images of your sweet family.  

Can I have some family pictures included in the session.

Of course.  We always make time at the end of the session for some sweet parent and sibling shots.
